The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 26 October 2012 it received the information on the adoption of the Resolution No. 800/12 by the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities.

Having examined the application of the Issuer, the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities decided to designate the code PLMSTSD00118 subject to provisions of Article 2, to register on 31 October 2012 in the National Depository for Securities 521,154,076 (five hundred twenty-one million one hundred fifty-four thousand seventy-six) pre-emptive unit rights of series N2 ordinary bearer shares of the nominal value of PLN 0.04 (zero point zero four grosz) each, issued on the basis of the Resolution No. 5 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. convened for 15 October 2012.
