The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, acting in accordance with the adopted Principles of Good Practice of Companies listed at the stock exchange and in order to enable the Company’s Shareholders to familiarize with candidates for the Supervisory Board members, informs that on 13 February 2013 Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu SA with its registered office in Warsaw announced its intention to put forward candidates for members of the Company’s Supervisory Board, Mr Jerzy Góra and Tadeusz Kuczborski, during the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 15 February 2013.
