Changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 15 February 2013 an Extraordinary General Meeting of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. made changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

The following members were dismissed from the current Supervisory Board: Jan Woźniak, Sebastian Bogusławski, Dariusz Formela, and Andrzej Bartos , and until the end of this term of office the following were appointed to the Supervisory Board: Ryszard Engel, Andrzej Kasperek, Jerzy Góra and Tadeusz Kuczborski who do not conduct any competitive activity with respect to the Issuer and who are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the National Court Register.
