Formation of the Company’s Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that at the meeting held on 21 February 2013, the Supervisory Board of the Company, in the composition amended in accordance with resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company in 15 February 2013, has been formed in the following way:

2) Ryszard Engel - Vice-Chairman
3) Dariusz Krawczyk - Vice-Chairman
4) Artur Jędrzejewski - Sekretary
5) Tadeusz Kuczborski - Member
6) Andrzej Kasperek - Member
7) Marek Wierzbowski - Member
