Amendment to resume of Candidate for the Company’s Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company” or “the Issuer”) with reference to current report no. 16/2012 of 13 February 2013 and current report no 20/2013 of 15 February 2013 the Company informs that a resume of the Supervisory Board member, Mr Tadeusz Kuczborski was mistakenly published in current report no. 16/2013 of 13 February 2013 without being verified and approved by the candidate for the Supervisory Board. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Company publishes the correct resume of Mr Tadeusz Kuczborski, member of the Supervisory Board, enclosed herewith.
