Annex to the Agreement on the overdraft

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 27 February 2013 a Subsidiary Company TORPOL S.A. has signed the Annex to the Agreement for changing the terms and conditions of the Agreement on the overdraft with Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław.
The financed amount is PLN 25,000,000.00. The financed period has been extended until 31.03.2013.
The interest rate and collaterals have been defined on arm’s length basis.
The value of the Issuer's equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Agreement to be material.
