Confidential information – Payment of performance bond

With reference to the current report no. 203/2013 dated 23 December 2013, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the ‘Company’) informs that on 9 January 2014 it received by email a scan of a letter from Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“Guarantor”) informing of a payment made by Guarantor on 8 January 2014 for Generalny Dyrektor Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad (“Beneficiary”) of the amount of PLN 13,397,707.60 of a performance bond and quality guarantee. The said performance bond was issued upon the order of the Company for the obligations of the Consortium with respect to performance of the contract for “Construction of the S-69 expressway Bielsko-Biała – Żywiec – Zwardoń, section „Mikuszowice” (“Żywiecka/Bystrzańska”) – Żywiec junction”.
