Dismissal of bankruptcy petition of the Issuer’s Subsidiary Company.

With respect to current report no. 157/2013 of 6 December 2013, the Management Board of POLIMEX-MOSTOSTAL S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 28 January 2014 Centrum Projektowe Polimex-Mostostal Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice, subsidiary to the Company (the “Subsidiary Company”) has received the decision of the District Court in Gliwice, 12th Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization (the “Court”) on dismissal of liquidation bankruptcy petition of the Subsidiary Company’s assets.

The petition has been dismissed by the Court due to the fact that the remaining assets of the Subsidiary Company, according to the conducted analysis of the factual circumstances as well as the value of the assets estimated by the Court, are not sufficient to cover the costs of bankruptcy proceedings thus, the dismissal of the petition for bankruptcy of the Subsidiary Company by the Court was legitimate.
