Liquidation bankruptcy petition of Tierspol

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the ”Company”) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 28 January this year it received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Tierspol Firma Produkcyjno-Usługowa with its registered office in Mrągowo (the ”Creditor”) – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 10th Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a liquidation bankruptcy petition and the security of the debtor's property by establishing judicial supervision.

To the best of Company’s knowledge, the liability provided for in the liquidation bankruptcy petition was not ascertained with any enforcement title.

The Company took legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings.
