Signing of an annex to the credit agreement by the Subsidiary Company of the Issuer

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) hereby informs that it obtained the information about signing on 14 March 2013 of an Annex to the Agreement on revolving working capital within the credit account by Torpol S.A. (“Subsidiary Company”). 

The lender is Alior Bank S.A., Al. Jerozolimskie 94, 00-807 Warsaw,

The borrower is TORPOL S.A., ul. Mogileńska 10G, 61-052 Poznań 

The subject matter of the agreement is the revolving working capital in credit account intended for financing of the contacts; 

Terms and conditions of the Agreement:

 increasing the financed amount by PLN 13,000,000.00 to PLN 23,000,000.00,

 the term of financing: until 19.06.2013,

 the interest rate and the securities have been agreed upon on market terms; 

The value of the Company’s equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Agreement to be material.

 Within 12 months TORPOL S.A. has concluded with Alior Bank S.A. 6 Agreements for the total amount of PLN 37,235,000.00. The most significant Agreement has been presented above.
