Signing the insurance contract by the Subsidiary company.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) informs that on 20 March 2013 it obtained the information about signing by the Subsidiary company Torpol S.A. of the Insurance contract for the damage occurred as a result of liability claims of the members of Company bodies.

The parties to the contract:

Insurer: AIG Europe Limited Branch in Poland with its registered office in Warsaw;

The Insuring Party: TORPOL S.A. with its registered office in Poznań;

Terms and conditions of the Contract:

Insurance sum: PLN 53,584,287.50

Insurance period: 05.03.2013 – 04.03.2014,

 The insurance premium was determined upon the market terms;

The value of the ISSUER’S equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Contract to be material.
