Signing the insurance contract by the Subsidiary company.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) hereby informs that it obtained the information about signing on 25 March 2013 by the Subsidiary company Torpol S.A. of the Rail Vehicles Casco Insurance Contract for - nine MFS 40 wagons.    

The Contracting Party is the Insurer: Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw;

The Insuring Party: TORPOL S.A. with its registered office in Poznań ; 

Insurance sum:  PLN 7,056,000.00

Insurance period:  26.03.2013 – 25.03.2014,

 The insurance premium was determined upon the market terms; 

Since our last report, in which we informed about signing a contract with the said Insurer (report no. 29/2013 dated 06.03.2013) TORPOL S.A. has concluded fifteen other contracts with PZU S.A. with the total value of PLN 31,186,700.00., the most significant of which is the aforementioned contract.  

The value of the ISSUER's equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Contract to be material.
