The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 28 March 2013 the Supervisory Board of the Company has delegated Mr Dariusz Krawczyk, holding the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A., to temporarily (until the 30th of April) hold the position of the Member of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. and act as the President of the Management Board of the Company.
