Liquidation bankruptcy petition of Montin Korizola sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 10 February it received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Montin Korizola sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków (“the Creditor”) – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising debtor’s assets.

To the best of the Company’s knowledge, the liability provided for in the liquidation bankruptcy petition was not ascertained with any enforcement title.

The Company is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings. In the opinion of the Company, the liability is disputable.
