Discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings

With reference to current report no. 25/2014 dated 11 February 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) informs that today it obtained the information on issuing on 3 March 2014 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw - X Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization of the decision on discontinuation of proceedings on bankruptcy of the Company initiated at the request of Montin Korizola sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków.
