Confidential information - Creditors’ consent to postpone the deadline for performance of certain obligations

With reference to current report no. 51/2014 dated 6 May 2014 with regard to granting to "Polimex-Mostostal" S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) by all the Creditors - parties to the Agreement dated 21 December 2012 concluded by the Company with the banks and bondholders specifying the terms and conditions of financing the Company by the Creditors (“Agreement”) consent for postponing the deadline of (i) interest on credits covered by the Agreement, (ii) interest on receivables of bondholders covered by the Agreement and (iii) recourse claims due to the guarantees issued by the banks being party to the Agreement (“Creditors’ consent”), the Management Board of the Company informs that on 16 May 2014 it obtained the information on granting consent to the Company by all the Creditors for changing the date of condition subsequent of the Creditor’s consent.

According to the decision of the Creditors was granted save for condition subsequent which shall materialize in case of failure to deliver by the company of a contract document specified by the Creditors until 3 June 2014.
