Liquidation bankruptcy petition of Cogito Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that today it received an information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Cogito Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Creditor”) – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the debtor's assets.

To the best of Company’s knowledge, the liability provided for in the liquidation bankruptcy petition was not ascertained with any enforcement title.

The Company is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings.
