The Resignation of a Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (“the Company”) with its registered office in Warsaw informs that on 30 May 2014 the Company obtained an information on resignation from holding the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company of Mr Ryszard Engel for personal reasons, effective as of 30 May 2014.
Legal basis: §5 section 1 item 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of considering information required by regulations of a non-member state equivalent (Dz.U [Journal of Laws] 2009, No. 33, item 259 as amended).
