The Appointment of the member of the Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 ("the Company") informs that on 5 June 2014 the Company's Supervisory Board appointed Mr Krzysztof Cetnar to the composition of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. to the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board for the three-year individual term starting from 6 June 2014.

Mr Krzysztof Cetnar does not conduct any activities, which are competitive to the activities conducted by the Company and he is not a partner of any competitive civil law company or partnership or a member of bodies of a company or a member of bodies of a competitive legal person or he has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors conducted under the Act on National Court Register.

Legal basis: §5 section 1 item 22 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering information required by regulations of a non-member state as equivalent (Dz.U [Journal of Laws] 2009, No. 33, item 259).
