Discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings

With reference to the current report no. 62/2014 dated 30 May 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) informs that today it obtained the information that Cogito Sp. z o. o. ("the Creditor") filed a petition to withdraw the liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of assets to the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw - X Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization and filed for the discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings.
