Security for issuer's claims

With reference to current report no. 187/2013 dated 13 December 2013 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 ("the Company") informs that on 9 June 2014 it received the decision by the District Court in Zabrze, VIII Civil Division (“the Court”) upon the application of the Company filed on 30.01.2014 in relation to claims of Stadion w Zabrzu Sp. z o o. (”Obligor”) to pay funds from the guarantee directed after issuing and delivering the decision of the Regional Court in Gliwice to grant a security by forbidding the use of guarantee for the duration of the trial. Pursuant to the decision, the Court ordered the Obligor to pay the amount of PLN 10,000 to the Company and warned tthat any further violation of the prohibition to use the insurance guarantee in any way may result in the order to pay the amount of PLN 10,000.

The Court's judgment is not binding. The Obligor may file a complaint.
