The Resignation of the Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") informs that on 24 June 2014 the Company obtained information on Mr Jerzy Góra’s resignation from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, effective as of today.
Legal basis: §5 section 1 item 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of considering information required by regulations of a non-member state equivalent (Dz.U [Journal of Laws] 2009, No. 33, item 259 as amended).
