Liquidation bankruptcy petition of PHU PLAST - BUD

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that today it received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo-Usługowe PLAST-BUD Zdzisław Sówka with its registered office in Olsztyn ("Creditor") – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization a liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the debtor's assets.
The Company is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the liquidation bankruptcy proceedings.
