Recalling the proxy

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registerd office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that on 12 April 2013 it recalled joint commercial proxy granted to Mr Kazimierz Wronkowski (herein after referred to as the “Proxy) which entitles the Proxy to represent the company jointly with one member of the Management Board of the Company.
The recalled joint commercial proxy has been granted to Proxy by the resolution of the Management Board of the Company no. 148/2012 of 7 November 2012.
