Discontinuation of execution against liabilities and rights

With reference to the current report no 87/2014 dated 1 July 2014 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw ("Company") hereby informs that today it was informed of the discontinuation of execution against liabilities and property rights (interests and profits) carried out against the Company upon the petition from Ekotechnika Plus Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Kielce, addressing, among others, (i) Polimex-Mostostal Development sp. z o. o., (ii) Pracownia Wodno-Chemiczna Ekonomia sp. z o.o., (iii) Polimex Venture Development sp. z o.o., (iv) ‘Energomontaż-Północ – Technika Spawalnicza i Laboratorium’ sp. z o.o., (v) StalFa sp. z o.o., (vi) Polimex Projekt Kozienice sp. z o. o. and other subsidiary companies. The notification has been sent by the court executive officer at the District Court for Warszawa-Żoliborz.
