Seizure of property rights

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 („Company”), informs about the seizure of property rights in the enforcement proceedings conducted against the Company initiated by Ekotechnika Plus Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kielce.
Subject to seizure are the receivables owed to the Company as a debtor. Subject to seizure are also the Company's bank accounts and the receivables owed to the Company by the Head of the First Tax Office Warszawa - Śródmieście.
