The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 10 May 2013 the Supervisory Board of the Company dismissed Mr Aleksander Jonek, who performed the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board, from the Issuer’s Management Board.
