Confidential information – Payment under guarantee

The Management Board Polimex-Mostostal SA with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") informs that on 16.07.2014 it was informed by Deutsche Bank Polska SA ("Guarantor") via electronic mail about the payment of PLN 2 837 724.81 (say: two million eight hundred thirty-seven thousand seven hundred twenty-four point 81/100) made 04.02.2014 from the bank performance bond for the benefit of Łańcucki County. The said guarantee was issued upon the request of the Company for the obligations of the Consortium with respect to the Agreement signed with the Łańcucki County concerning the use of roads during the execution of the task: „Construction of the A4 motorway section Rzeszów (Rzeszów East junction) – Jarosław (Wierzbna junction)". The paid amount of the bond shall be repaid in 12 equal installments, starting from 1st August 2014.
