Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 10 May 2013 the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting pursuant to § 38 item 10 of the Company’s Articleso f Association, has chosen Deloitte Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k., with its registered office in Warsaw for auditor performing an audit of biannual and annual financial statements of the Company and the Capital Group of Polimex-Mostostal S.A for 2013.
