Request for payment of bank guarantee issued by the order of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. to Subsidiary Company.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. („the Company”) informs that on 14 May 2013 it was informed by Bank PEKAO S.A. about the fact of receiving by the Bank of request from Unicredit Tiriac Bank S.A. for payment in the amount of EUR 4 455 547.15 for issued by PEKAO S.A. by the order of Company bank guarantee to Unicredit Tiriac Bank S.A. This guarantee has been granted as collateral for repayment of the credit granted by that bank to Subsidiary Company S.C. Coifer Impex SRL.
The claim has been filed to Bank PEKAO S.A. before the expiry date of the guarantee and is compliant with its conditions. Bank PEKAO S.A. shall pay the abovementioned amount of guarantee to Unicredit Tiriac Bank S.A.
