Striking off the subsidiary company from the register of entrepreneurs

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, with reference to the current report No. 36/2010 published on 27 May 2010 informs that today it has obtained the information that in relation with the completion of the process of liquidation of the subsidiary company of the Issuer operating under the name of PORTY Spółka Akcyjna in liquidation with registered office in Gdańsk the District Court for the Capital City of Gdańsk- Północ in Gdańsk, VII Economic Division of the National Court Register, issued on 9 May 2013 a decision on its striking off from the National Court Register.
