Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that on 3 June 2013 the Ordinary General Meeting of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. appointed for a new joint term of office of the Supervisory Board of the Company in 2013-2016 Messrs: Jerzy Góra, Wojciech Barański, Tadeusz Kuczborski, Ryszard Engel, Andrzej Kasperek, Artur Jędrzejewski and Dariusz Krawczyk, who do not perform/none of them performing any activity that may be competitive to the Issuer and are not listed/or being listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the National Court Register.

Resumes of the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board of the Company were annexed to current reports no. 68/2013, 73/2013, 74/2013, 77/2013.
