Formation of the Company’s Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that at the meeting held on 11 June 2013, the Supervisory Board of the Company, in the composition amended in accordance with resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company in 3 June 2013, has been formed in the following way:
1) Jerzy Góra - Chairman
2) Ryszard Engel - Vice-Chairman
3) Artur Jędrzejewski - Sekretary
4) Wojciech Barański - Member
5) Andrzej Kasperek - Member
6) Dariusz Krawczyk - Member
7) Tadeusz Kuczborski - Member
