Liquidation bankruptcy petitions

Current report no. 102/2014

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that yesterday it received the information about the fact that the creditors of the Company – Fracht FWO Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw and Zbigniew Józef Jóźwiak, engaged in economic activity, ("Creditors") – filed respectively on 03.07.2014 and 09.07.2014 liquidation bankruptcy petitions comprising the liquidation of the debtor's assets. Petitions were filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization.

The Company is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings.
