With reference to the current report no 123/2013 dated 23 September 2013, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw ("Company") hereby informs that on this day it received the information about the dismissal of the claim in the case of Konstanty Sochacki against the Company to repeal the resolutions no 16 and 27 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 3 June 2014. The judgment dated 29 May 2014 has been served today together with the justification to the representative of the Company.
