Confidential Information – Execution of an Annex to the Agreement on the Principles of Managing the Financial Debt

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw („Company”) informs that today it obtained information that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw X Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization issued on 29 July 2014 a decision about the appointment of an interim court supervisor of the Company, initiated by the creditor - Zbigniew Jóźwiak. The Company also informs that today it received the disposition of the interim court supervisor about the obligation to provide the accounting records as well as the business, personnel and payroll documentation and to provide explanations until 6 August 2014.

At the same time the Company informs that on this day the creditor - Zbigniew Jóźwiak - informed the Company about the withdrawal of the liquidation bankruptcy petition and the appointment of an interim court supervisor petition.
