Discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings

With reference to the current report no. 115/2014 dated 1 August 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Company”) informs that today it obtained the information on Decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Commercial Court, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization dated 7 August 2014 on discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings initiated at the request of Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo - Usługowe PLAST-BUD Zdzisław Sówka with its registered office in Olsztyn (“Company’s Creditor”). Discontinuation of proceedings took place at the request of the Creditor to withdraw the liquidation bankruptcy petition. The decision is not binding. According to the Code of Civil Procedure, the decision becomes binding after 7 days of the date of delivery to the Creditor and the Company, if during that period, no appeal is filed.
