Claim for issuing a demand for payment against GDDKiA

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (“the Company”) informs that on 14 August 2014 it filed to the District Court in Warsaw, XXV Civil Division a claim against the State Treasury - Generalny Dyrektor Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad (the General Director of National Roads and Motorways “GDDKiA”) to issue a demand for payment. The claim was filed with Doprastav, a.s. entered into the Commercial Register of the County Court of Bratislava I no. 581/B, Regon: 31333320 as a member of Consortium with regard to failure to make payment for the performance of works consisting in construction of S-69 expressway. The value of object of litigation amounts to in total PLN 32 170 764.

In Company’s opinion the claim is reasonable since the object of the claim is a demand for payment of the remuneration for the construction works performed by the Company, which were accepted and approved by the GDDKiA.
