Liquidation bankruptcy petition

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that today it received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Doradztwo Gospodarcze i Biznesowe A i D Grzegorz ("Creditor") – on 07.08.2014 filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the debtor's assets.
The Company is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings.
