Change of the publication date of the report for the 1st half of 2014 covering the Company and the report for the 1st half of 2014 covering the Capital Group - corrected Report no. 123/2014

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, acting pursuant to § 103 sec. 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-Member State equivalent (Dz. U. No. 33, item  259 as amended), hereby notifies of a change of the publication date of an individual and consolidated report for the first half of 2014 of the Company and the Capital Group, which according to current report no. 8/2014 of 22 January 2014 has been originally set to fall on 30 August 2014. 

The subject report for the first half of 2014 shall be made public on 1 August 2014.

The correct provision should read as follows: Change of the publication date of the report for the 1st half of 2014 covering the Company and the report for the 1st half of 2014 covering the Capital Group.

The previous provision reads as follows: Change of the publication date of the report for the first quarter of 2014 of the Company and the Capital Group

The rest of the report remains unchanged.
