Withdrawal of the bankruptcy petition by a creditor of the Company

With reference to the current report no. 122/2014 dated 14 August 2014 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that today it received the information about the fact that Mr Grzegorz Koczorek, who conducts his business activity under the name Doradztwo Gospodarcze i Biznesowe A i D Grzegorz Koczorek ("Creditor") has withdrawn the bankruptcy petition with reference to the Company, including the liquidation of its assets. The Creditor's petition to discontinue the bankruptcy proceedings, on the basis of the fact that the debts have been settled by the Company, was filed on 22 August 2014 with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization.
