Confidential information - Creditors’ consent to postpone the deadline for performance on the part of the Company of an obligation to issue bonds

With reference to the current report no. 109/2014 dated 31 June 2014, The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Company") informs that on 29 August 2014 the Company obtained from the financial creditors who are parties to the agreement on the principles of managing the financial debt of the Company, dated 21 December 2012 ("ZOZF Agreement") (see current report no 130/2012) (collectively "Creditors") the consent to postpone the deadline for issuing bonds for the total amount of PLN 140m ("Bonds") until not later than 12 September 2014.

Shall the Company not issue the Bonds by 12 August 2014, (i) interest on credits covered by the ZOZF Agreement, (ii) interest on receivables of Bondholders covered by the ZOZF Agreement and (iii) interest on recourse claims due to the guarantees issued by the banks being party to the ZOZF Agreement and, if any, on recourse claims due to the sureties granted towards these banks: (a) accrued until 12 August 2014 - shall become due on 15 September 2014, (b) from 13 September 2014 to the day of issuance of Bonds - shall become due on the 30th day of each calendar month.
