Discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings

With reference to the current report no. 81/2014 dated 24 June 2014 and no. 115/2015 dated 1 August 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Company”) informs that today it has obtained the information on the Decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, Commercial Court, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, dated 7 August 2014 on discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings comprising the liquidation of the Company's assets initiated at the petition of the Company's creditor - Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo - Usługowe PLAST-BUD Zdzisław Sówka with its registered office in Olsztyn (“Creditor”). Discontinuation of proceedings took place at the request of the Creditor to withdraw the bankruptcy petition. The decision is not binding. According to the Code of Civil Procedure, the decision becomes binding after 7 days of the date of its delivery to the Creditor and the Company, if during that period no appeal is filed.
