Withdrawal of the bankruptcy petition by a creditor of the Company

With reference to the current report no. 120/2014 dated 11 August 2014 he Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw ("the Company"), hereby informs that today it has received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company - the company LAFARGE CEMENT Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Małogoszcz ("Creditor") has withdrawn the bankruptcy petition with reference to the Company, including the liquidation of its assets. The Creditor's petition to discontinue the bankruptcy proceedings was filed on 03 September 2014 with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization.
