With reference to the current report no. 105/2012, The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) informs that today it obtained the information of issuing on 30 August 2013 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw - Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Reorganization a decision on discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings of the Company initiated at the request of DAAS Sp. z o.o. The decision is not binding
