Withdrawal of the bankruptcy petition by a creditor of the Company

With reference to the current report no. 126/2014 dated 27 August 2014 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Company") at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that today it has received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Renata Ceplin, who conducts her business activity "SUFREMIX II Renata Ceplin" in Rumia ("Creditor") – on 9 September 2014 withdrew the bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the Company's assets filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization.
