Bankruptcy petition

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that on this day it has obtained information that a creditor of the Company - Bilfinger Industrial Services Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Augustówka 24 ("the Creditor")– on 29 August 2014.08.2014 has filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, a bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the debtor's assets together with a petition to secure the Company's assets in the form of establishing compulsory administration of the Company's assets and to establish the compulsory administrator.

The Company intends to take legal actions, aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy proceedings.
