Partial withdrawal from the contract.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) with reference to the current report no. 7/2012 dated 8 February 2012, informs that on 5 September 2013 the Company received a letter from Lubelskie Voivodship Board acting on behalf of Lubelskie Voivodship, informing the Company of partial withdrawal by Lubelskie Voivodship from contract for construction works in the scope of investment project ‘Lubelskie Centrum Konferencyjne’ concluded with the Company on 8 February 2012.

Furthermore, in connection with partial withdrawal from the contract by Lubelskie Voivodship, Lubelskie Voivodship referring to the content of the contract, requested the Company to pay contractual penalty in the amount of 10% of gross contract price.
