Discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings

With reference to the current report no. 114/2014 dated 1 August 2014 and no. 105/2014 dated 29 July 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, (“the Company”) informs that today it obtained the information that on Decision of the District Court for the Capital City Warsaw Commercial Court, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization dated 15 August 2014 on discontinuation of proceedings on bankruptcy liquidation comprising the liquidation of the Company's assets initiated at the petition of the Company's creditor - INSTAL BEŁCHATÓW sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Rogowiec (“Company’s Creditor”). Discontinuation of proceedings took place at the request of the Creditor to withdraw the bankruptcy petition.

The decision is not binding. According to the Code of Civil Procedure, the decision becomes binding after 7 days of the date of its delivery to the Creditor and the Company, if during that period no appeal is filed.
