Confidential information - Fulfillment of the rest of the conditions precedent the completion of the third reorganization stage.

With reference to current report no. 140/2014 dated 17 September 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the company”) hereby informs of fulfillment of the rest of the conditions precedent the completion of the third reorganization stage.

On 23 September 2014:

a.     The Company and Segment Companies have changed the securities on the existing agreements and established new securities of New Guarantee Line required for conducting he third reorganization stage; and

b.     The Company obtained the information on conclusion by PKO BP bank an agreement of escrow account for the purposes of issuing New Bonds, as a result of which the above agreement was concluded.

Therefore, the completion of the third reorganization stage of the Company is planned on 24 September 2014.
